About Natasha

Natasha is a graduate assistant in Faculty Affairs, Professional Development, and Diversity at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She works with Research and Evaluation Analyst Amy Ribera to support institutional research aimed at better understanding, and improving, faculty experiences. She is a doctoral candidate in the Higher Education program at Indiana University studying institutional assessment and indigenous-serving institutions. Prior to graduate school, she worked at UCLA’s Community Programs Office managing undergraduate programs focused on leadership development and civic/community engagement. She holds a Master’s degree in Asian American Studies and Bachelor’s in History, both from UCLA.
