Committees represent an opportunity to participate in the important work of our institution. The School of Medicine’s excellence hinges on the engagement and vitality of its faculty, and the work of its committees. The School has two types of committees—standing committees, which are constitutionally mandated, and ad-hoc committees, which are appointed by the Dean to serve a special project or purpose for a period of time.
