The intermediate level iCare series will focus on strengthening your skills to engage in conversations about anti-Black racism, Whiteness, and culturally sensitive issues. Topics will focus on difficult conversations, actively engaging in inclusivity, and creating psychological safety for diverse teams.

While this series is open to all members of the IU School of Medicine community, the target audience is non-minoritized people, seeking to reach those whose identity is connected with the larger white racial group.
