Each leader is different. There isn’t a perfect leadership style and everyone brings different traits to the table. The MBTI assessment is probably the most well-known and used personality assessment tools. As many as 1.5 million assessments are administered annually to individuals including to employees of most Fortune 500 companies.

During the 25-30 minute webinar we will review the basics of the MBTI and introduce leadership styles of various types. Please view this webinar before the in-class session, scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 9-11am in Walther Hall (R3) rooms 303/305. During the in-class session, we will further explore leadership and the MBTI by discussing scenarios and real world examples. Note: You will need to take the assessment prior to the in-class session on November 28. The assessment and booklet will be provided at the end of the in-class session on November 24, 2017- Session 3).
