Faculty Development News
October 2014

This event is specifically designed for department chairs, division directors, and others who supervise faculty. Many chairs and directors are aware of university policies that support family involvement and flexible work. But, how often are they used? What are the challenges to implementing flexible work within your unit? Using case studies and input from the participants, Drs. Kelly Ward and Lisa Wolf-Wendell will lead an interactive discussion designed to train institutional leaders how to adapt to the changing needs of today’s faculty.
