A Career Development Consultation is a free, one-time, brief meeting in which a senior faculty consultant assists a more junior faculty participant with targeted guidance around career goals and plans. This guidance is based on a review of the participant’s career development plan and CV, as well as conversations that emerge during the meeting.

Zoom is a conference tool that focuses on collaboration between users through audio/video communication, file sharing, and screen sharing. In this workshop, we will learn how users access their account, schedule and manage meetings, as well as how to use Zoom as an effective conferencing tool.

This networking event will raise awareness and understanding of Equal Pay Day and the wage gap that exists between men and women training and working as physicians and scientists. This event brings residents, students, scientists, and fellows from throughout the Indianapolis area together with industry professionals and established physicians and faculty to discuss pay discrepancies, negotiation skills, and to empower female leadership in medicine and science.
