The entry level iCare series will focus on building a foundational understanding of how race inequity manifests in the workplace. Topics will focus on examining identity, showing inclusivity, finding and creating meaning and becoming inclusive.

While this series is open to all members of the IU School of Medicine community, the target audience is non-minoritized people, seeking to reach those whose identity is connected with the larger white racial group.

Unsure if you are a trainee? Trainees include medical students, graduate students, residents, fellows, and post-doctoral candidates.
