1. Completed application, which includes a candidate statement that addresses the following:
   • What you hope to learn from the program
   • How define leadership, your leadership experience, your greatest leadership challenge and future leadership opportunities you are interested in pursuing.
   • Your proposed project (see program expectations for information about the project)

3. Letter of support from dean, chair or supervising administrator
