The Office of Diversity Affairs has developed a series of presentations and workshops focused on increasing cultural competence and awareness of issues about diversity. Workshops on topics such as multicultural competence, microaggressions, unconscious bias, and understanding diversity are available for staff meetings, retreats, and other events.
