It is important that the University conduct lawful interviews. In this module, we will review the behavioral interviewing technique; in which past behavior is believed to be a good indicator of future behavior. Steps in successful interviewing and questions you can or cannot ask during the interview process. We will also go over the next steps once a hiring decision has been made.

What is Onboarding and what are the benefits? This is a critical step in beginning a successful employee/ employer relationship. Part 2 of this module will equip you with information on how to set up a successful onboarding program.
