Engaged employees take pride in their organization and have a connection their work. They feel valued by their employer and work hard to achieve success for their organization. In this session, we will examine:

Common activities employers use to engage employees
Discuss possible tools for increasing employee engagement
Develop a recognition of the connections between employee engagement with work-life engagement/balance
