Guiding employees toward effective performance can be a rewarding component of a supervisor’s job. In this webinar, we will review several best practices which supervisors can use to do just that:

– situational leadership (understanding how to help your employees get what they need from you)

– setting clear expectations (helping clarify what they are held accountable for)

– using feedback effectively (both positive feedback and constructive criticism)

The webinar will provide an introduction the basics for these best practices. Please view this webinar before the in-class workshop, scheduled for Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 9-11 a.m. in Rooms 303 & 305 in the R3 Building. During the in-class workshop, participants will practice the skills learned in the webinar.
