Audience: Open to process improvement project leaders, process sponsors, process owners, Lean Champions, and project team leaders. Recommended for participants who have completed Intro to Lean and Lean 101 trainings.


Lean 201 will prepare Lean leaders with the skills to prepare and manage A3. This training will also focus on project selection, project prioritization, and team selection. Throughout the PDCA cycle Lean leaders will begin to incorporate the use of tools that will facilitate transformative change. Participants will see examples of Lean in daily use, Lean within the project environment, and Lean within the rapid improvement event cycle. Lean leaders will become adept at managing the needs of stakeholders, beneficiaries, and process owners through voice of the customer discussions and daily management.
