The Indiana University School of Medicine Office of Academic Administration (OAA) website has merged with the website of the Indiana University School of Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development (OFAPD).  Everything you were accustomed to finding on the OAA website is available on the new website, but hopefully it is now easier to find.

If you go to the School of Medicine homepage, you can click on “Faculty Affairs” to get to the OFAPD homepage.

On the OFAPD homepage, OAA documents pertaining to academic position recruitment and appointment can be found by hovering over “Recruitment, Appointment, & Policies” and clicking on “Recruitment & Appointment Resources” in the dropdown.  You can also click here.

On the OFAPD homepage, OAA documents pertaining to faculty promotion and tenure, long-term contract, 3-Year Review, etc., can be found by hovering over “Promotion & Tenure” and clicking on “P&T Resources” in the dropdown.  You can also click here.

On the OFAPD homepage, other information such as documents pertaining to leaves of absence, faculty effort and compensation policies, the faculty grievance process, volunteer faculty, faculty annual reviews, etc. can be found by hovering over “Recruitment, Appointment, & Policies” and clicking on “Faculty Policies” in the dropdown.  You can also click here.
